Hello! As you have might have gleaned from our endless stream of flyers/ event announcements/ various goings on, this has been a veerrrrry busy few months for us. With the holidays and our engagement (which quickly turns into the planning of an actual wedding…?!) sandwiched in between, we have been going nonstop since September. On Wednesday, we ended this marathon with the biggest of bangs- Paul Bert x Leo x Ha’s x Phamily First x Les many many x’s involved. This event in particular was as challenging as it was, ultimately, special, and has left us reconfiguring the next steps for Ha’s (in a good way!) To make up for lost time with this newsletter, we will be rolling out a three parter. The first will be a roundup of our time in California ( we ate gooooood), the second a recipe for oxtail bourguignon, which we cooked a big pot of for an impromptu dinner party recently, plus some of the various tips for hosting we’ve picked up along the way, and, finally a note on the aforementioned reconfiguration.
